Chiropractic
Dr. Baumgartner is a Palmer Chiropractic graduate focusing on family practice, focusing on helping people with headaches, neck and low back pain, arm and leg pain (to name a few), also including pediatrics, sports- injury care and custom orthotics.

Massage
Lisa Martinez is our massage therapist and is a 2019 graduate of the Douglas J. Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She enjoys working in the wellness profession and was led to massage school after becoming passionate about yoga and the body.

Nutrition
The Spot Chiropractic also focuses on Nutrition. Our knowledgeable staff can point you in the right direction when it comes to your nutritional needs to help compliment your Chiropractic Treatments and Massage Therapy.

On-Site
X-Rays
The Spot Chiropractic & Wellness Center offers on-site x-rays. We require this with all new patients 18 and over. We do this to ensure that we have the best information to analyze the best possible treatment.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy helps relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve circulation, promoting faster recovery and overall physical wellness. It can also decrease stress, increase flexibility, and enhance relaxation.
Kinesio
Taping
Kinesio taping is a therapeutic technique that help reduce pain and inflammation, improve circulation, enhance muscle function, and provide added support during recovery from injuries or everyday activities.
Spinal Decompression Therapy
Through cycles of stretching and relaxing, decompressing unloads the disc (gel-like cushions) which improves positioning, blood flow and important nutrient exchange rom the injured area.
